ABOUT US
Deborah's Impact Projects Africa (DIPA) emerged as we traversed across the African continent, hosting the Mantle of Deborah Conferences and interacting with women from all walks of life, we saw, firsthand, the struggles they face. The challenges they endure are not just limited to individual difficulties, but they are also deeply ingrained in the fabric of society.
DIPA operates as a registered non-governmental organization (NGO), maintaining active operations across multiple African nations. Our primary registrations include:
Nigeria: Fully operational NGO status (Est. 2023), where 70% of women live below the poverty line. DIPA's flagship foodbank programs; The Joseph Project have demonstrated significant impact across multiple states.
Kenya: Registered as an NGO, actively engaging in community transformation in regions where 60% of rural women lack access to basic financial services, in Kenya, we have 10 acres of land in Malindi where we are set to start a borehole project, providing access to water for the local community.
Uganda: In the final stages of registration (2024), strategically positioning us for expanded impact in areas where 75% of women depend on subsistence agriculture. In Uganda, we have 34 acres of land that will be used to set up key infrastructure for DIPA, aimed at empowering the community through livelihood programs and sustainable development initiatives.

THE CHALLENGE
From access to education to economic empowerment, African women face several obstacles that hinder their progress and limit their opportunities. It was from this realization that we felt a burning desire to do more and leverage our network, resources, and partners to empower African women to rise to the fullness of God's plan for them and the continent.
This movement, led by Isi Igenegba, has touched the lives of over 10,000 women across the continent and still counting. Under the visionary leadership of Isi Igenegba, a certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer, accomplished entrepreneur, and dynamic speaker, DIPA was born to bridge the gap between spiritual awakening and practical empowerment tools for African women. Isi Igenegba identified a critical need and a gap: while women comprise 58% of Africa's self–employed population, they face a staggering $42 billion financing gap compared to male entrepreneurs, as highlighted by the African Development Bank.

Our Foundational Purpose

DIPA was created to address the multifaceted challenges facing African women, combining spiritual enlightenment with practical empowerment. Our organization exists at the intersection of spiritual and material development, offering solutions that elevate women from survival to thriving prosperity.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
SDG 1 (No Poverty): Targeting the 62% of African women who lack access to financial services.
SDG 5 (Gender Equality): Addressing disparities where women own only 13% of agricultural land, despite providing 70% of agricultural labor.
SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): Supporting women entrepreneurs who represent 58% of Africa's self–employed population.
